OUR TRIP TO SAN FRANCISCO

A MOTHER'S DAY TO REMEMBER

David, Jake, and I spent last week in SF. While David spent a couple of days in a training class for work, Jake and I took the trolley down to the fisherman's wharf. We spent a day at the Aquarium and visiting all the local shops on Pier 39. Jake enjoyed the seals and eating clam chowder..:) It was quite chilly so we did alot of fast walking. Jake was a little saint as he let me browse/shop through all the stores near our hotel. He has a whirlwind of energy that just tuckers me out. We spent an evening in China town and enjoyed a nice Chinese dinner. On Friday, we took a boat ride around the SF Golden Gate Bridge and took lots of pictures of Alcatraz.

The highlight of our week was definitely meeting David's Aunt, Uncle, and cousins! We met up with the entire family at a lovely restaurant off the water (Skates). We then spent the rest of the weekend getting to reminisce about David's childhood and creating new memories with Jake. We definitely will plan on meeting up with everyone again and planning some future family gatherings!
